In 2002 Matt founded MRY, a digital and social media marketing services agency, He grew it from a one-person startup to a global powerhouse with more than 500 employees. Over 14 years at MRY, the agency helped corporations such as Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Ford, Visa, and Google develop innovative strategies and successfully launch products aimed at Millennials. In 2011, MRY was acquired by the Publicis Groupe.
